Club SIN & Mayor Cole
If Mayor Cole was targeting every business he is accused of targeting, he wouldn't have any time for overseeing city operations. And isn't naming your nightclub Club SIN just asking for trouble?

Perhaps, but lets not forget that Pinch Penny annually leads the city in liquor-related complaints and the mayor (who can be seen there frequently) has yet to step in and try and affect them. It should give us pause, no?
