In case you missed it in the comments or elsewhere, long-time local not for profit stalwart Kevin Clark filed his petition last Monday for one of the City Council seats. Apparently he, McDainiel and Wissmann were all there bright and early on Monday, signed petitions in hand, whilst johnny come lately Fritzler didn't make it in until Tuesday, the slacker.
