Arthur Agency payment
Was looking through the warrrents from the last city council meeting again and found this payment to the Arthur Agency. Apparently they did something worth 4 grand to the city:

I am really unconcerned about Arthur but was interested in a discussion on why Brad Cole wants to be the Director of the Alumni.
