Investment Opportunity

In case you have some extra money lying around, the Sunset Motel complex on East Main goes on the auction block on January 12. In addition to the hotel, the parcel includes the old "It's in the Bag" building and the Boo's Jr. & Co. bar.. Not sure what would be good there though.

That area is nothing but trashy ghetto. NOTHING will be good in that location except for maybe another liquor store...or another goodwill type junk store.
