New Downtown Business
Eternal Art Tattooing has opened for business at 703 S. Illinois Ave. in the space formerly occupied by Golgotha Tattoos, the principals of which have moved behind Murdale Shopping Center and opened up a new tattoo parlor named Karma Tattoos. The more things change .....

And the tattoo shop on Walnut St., across from City Hall appears to be out of business or moved, too.
I once asked the City for info on new business start-ups and out of business, but they did not keep those records. Too many changes to keep up with?
